I am so happy to find this website and am very hopeful that this name change will come to pass.
I was wondering if there is a petition that could be printed off and signed and then mailed/faxed in for the people who do not have a computer (for example my parents/eldery relatives) or people that are not comfortable sending any personal info over the internet.
If someone could let me know or e-mail me a form I would appreciate it!
